Processor for Escrow Closings

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Escrow Processor to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting escrow closings by handling essential document preparation, data management, and communication with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, accuracy in data entry, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Process and organize information received from buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders. Prepare standard template documents for pre-closing escrow files. Coordinate and communicate both internally with team members and externally with clients and partners. Enter accurate data into standard programs, such as Streamline and Canaan. Provide support to the receptionist as needed. Order third-party services, including inspections, surveys, and other necessary evaluations. Engage with prospective realtors and lenders to promote our escrow services. Use professional discretion when handling confidential information.
Requirements
Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in problem-solving and time management. Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software. Work Environment: Office-based role with minimal local travel. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in Real Estate, Legal, or Banking fields is preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
