First National Bank & Trust Co. (FNB) is headquartered in Shawnee, Oklahoma and serves central and western Oklahoma. Originally chartered June 30, 1983 as First Oklahoma Bank, N.A. with a capital structure of $2.5 million, the bank opened its doors on October 29, 1984. The original incorporators were C. L. Craig, Jr., Mark Finley, David Ingram, Jerald O'Connor, Frank Sims and Stephen Sims. Citizen Potawatomi Nation purchased the bank in February 1989.
